Hardware is shiny but has some hairline scratches, corners look good, handles look good and are sturdy, strap is beautiful, interior is mostly clean, no odors! No rips, cracks, or tears! You may see white spots along the bag and that is because she is shiny and it is a reflection of the lighting!
