Shipping-Items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Purchases include free shipping with tracking in the US. 


Refunds-
All sales are final on preowned items unless there is a rare occasion where we have determined the item was not as described and have agreed to process your refund. If not as described, please contact us, and with our approval we will be happy to refund you upon return receipt of item, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please ensure that you review all details and pics for your purchase, and also enter the correct shipping address when placing your order as merchant guidelines restrict us from making any shipping address changes once an item has been purchased. Should we need to cancel an order for any reason, so that a new order can be submitted by you with the correct shipping address, or so that an order can be cancelled, the order cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of $99 that will be deducted from the refund on the initial order that was placed. This covers merchant fees that are non refundable, web developer fees to relist the item, processing fees, etc. Please make sure you enter the correct address to avoid this, and also make sure that you read the item description in its entirety to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
